Cooking time: 25 minutes

Preparation: 10 minutes

PREPARATION

1 part rice
1 part water
Salt

 

COOKING STEPS

  1. Put the rice in a sieve and wash well until the water runs clear.
  2. Transfer the rice to the porcelain dish and add the same amount of water as the rice. Season
    with salt.
  3. Put the porcelain dish on the wire shelf in the cold cooking space. Steam.
  4. Steaming 100°C for 25 Mins

 

TIPS

Perfume the rice with an aroma such as lemongrass, ginger, kaffir lime leaves, or garlic.
